Getting stronger, healthier hair is easy. Follow these tips to maximize your hair’s strength and shine.

For naturally stronger, healthier hair, make sure you have a balanced diet. Your hair is a reflection of your inner health, so design your eating habits accordingly.
Once a week, deep condition your hair to leave it ultra soft and super strong. Apply your usual conditioner all over damp hair and put hair in a shower cap or towel. Leave it on your hair for 10 minutes and then rinse thoroughly.
After shampooing and conditioning your hair, do a final rinse with cool water to seal the cuticle and leave hair looking extra shiny.
   

the hair "Don'ts"

Avoid using a brush to detangle hair when it’s wet or damp—use a wide-tooth comb. Hair is more delicate when it’s wet, and a comb is gentler on damp hair than a brush.
Don’t skip conditioning, even if your hair tends to be oily or you have a short cut. Conditioning helps prevent split ends and damage from styling. If you’re worried about too much moisture, apply conditioner to just your ends every other day.
Avoid washing hair with extremely hot water; it can be drying for your scalp and your hair. Warm or cool water is gentler.
